Our plastic injection moulding department has 17 high-tech presses with state-of-the-art equipment on board.

horizontal
presses
Our fleet of horizontal machines, with a capacity ranging from 19 to 380 tonnes, allows us to carry out injection moulding of plastic components up to a weight of 1890 grams, guaranteeing precision, efficiency and production versatility.

vertical
presses
We also have three vertical presses dedicated to overmoulding, with a clamping force of up to 300 tonnes, allowing us to produce parts up to 1030 grams. We work with complex moulds, even with more than 60 inserts, guaranteeing the precise joining of different materials and maximum reliability of the finished product.

the materials
we process
We specialise in the injection moulding of a wide range of thermoplastic polymers, including PP, PE, PS, ABS, PA6/66, PC, PBT, POM and PPS, also in versions filled with glass fibres or mineral additives. We also process some thermoplastic elastomers, such as TPU and TPV.
